Abstract
The healthcare industry has experienced a transformation, with the integration of virtual reality (VR) that has had an impact on medical treatments, education, and patient care. This abstract delves into the role of reality in healthcare through reallife examples, showcasing its diverse applications and promising outcomes. VR technology offers simulations for training professionals allowing them to practice procedures and enhance their skills in a safe environment. Moreover, VR shows potential in interventions for patient’s well-being and recovery. Various research studies have illustrated its effectiveness in managing phobias, alleviating pain and expediting the healing process following injuries. Individuals suffering from back pain have reported reductions in pain levels and improved mobility after engaging in VR-based therapy sessions.
