On Enterprise class System i hardware, there is no requirement nor any ability to
allocate interactive workload; you can assign only processor power, virtual
processors, and memory. In addition, for any System i platform, instead of setting
an exact current value for each metric, you can specify a desired value, which
will be allocated if it is available when you activate the partition by starting it or
performing an IPL. However, remember that the partition might be started with
only the minimum of any or all of these metrics if more resources are unavailable.
