Provenance
Provenance (https://www.provenance.org) is one of the better well-known blockchain projects for the food supply chain, and it uses Hyperledger Fabric. It is backed by Unilever for tracking tea (https://www.supplychaindive.com/news/unilever-blockchain-tea/513365/) in Melawi. The primary focus is on making supply chains more transparent and supporting the increased demand on environmentally friendly products.
