Offering a repair quote with estimates
The next HTTP request in the Postman collection, "Offer quote for vehicle repair", will propose a repair quote based on the submitted request of the previous HTTP request to the REST proxy. This time, the request is sent by one of the repair shops. Since they are not yet part of the blockchain network of peers, we can simulate this transaction using one of the REST proxies of the other member organizations.
The HTTP request invokes the offerQuote chaincode function, which expects exactly four arguments to offer a quote for vehicle repairs successfully:
- requestId
- offerBy (RepairShop)
- json(estimates[])
- tax (%)
The arguments are not all basic string values, as we have seen with all of the other function ...
