Response Coaching is coaching as an automatic behavioural response to any day-to-day issue, question or challenge. So when you are faced with issues or questions, instead of fixing problems you coach them instead. These issues often occur in the live operational environment as opposed to a formal (planned) coaching session. You’ll remember we call this ‘on-line’ (and away from the workplace is ‘off-line’).
