BitVector32.Section
This structure represents a section of a bit vector that holds a single integer
value. A BitVector32.Section instance
is created by the BitVector32.CreateSection() method, which specifies the maximum
value the Section can hold, and references the preceding Section, unless it is
the first Section in the vector.
