SocketAddress
This type defines an address of a particular socket; in particular, it defines the family of networking protocols to which the address belongs (for example, IP or IPv6), as well as the size of the address itself. This type can be safely ignored for most high-level (and, arguably, most low-level) networking operations.
public class SocketAddress { // Public Constructors public method SocketAddress( System.Net.Sockets.AddressFamily family); public method SocketAddress( System.Net.Sockets.AddressFamily family, int size); // Public Instance Properties public field AddressFamily Family{get; } public field int Size{get; } public field byte this{set; get; } // Public Instance Methods public override method bool Equals(object comparand); // overrides object public override method int GetHashCode(); // overrides object public override method string ToString(); // overrides object }
