関数の宣言と呼び出し
新たな関数を作成するには、
function
キーワードに続いて関数名を書き、次に中括弧内に関数
の本体を記述します。例5-1 は、
page_header()
という新しい関数を宣言（declaration）します

関数名は変数名と同じ規則に従います。関数名は文字（アルファベットの大文字小文字、ASCII
コード 0x7F 〜0xFF）、
アンダースコアから開始します。2 番目以降は文字、数字、アンダースコ
アを使うことができます。PHP エンジンでは変数と関数を同じ名前にできないことはありません
が、できれば避けたいものです。似たような名前が多いとプログラムがわかりにくくなってしまい
ます。
例5-1 で定義した
page_header()
関数は、組み込み関数と同じように呼び出せます。例5-2は、
page_header()
を使って完全なページを出力します。
