• H.R. 97: Introduced by Rep. Blackburn (R-TN). This bill amends
the Clean Air Act to exclude carbon dioxide, water vapor, meth-
ane, nitrous oxide, hydrouorocarbons, peruorocarbons, and sul-
fur hexauoride. It also prohibits the use of the Act for regulations
related to climate change.
• H.R. 153: This bill, introduced by Rep. Poe (R-TX), prohibits the use
of EPA funds to enact a cap-and-trade program or regulation of
GHGs from stationary (point) sources (such as industrial facilities,
smoke stacks, etc.).
• HR 199: Introduced by Rep. Capito (R-WV), this bill delays the regu-
lation of CO
2
and methane from stationary sources for 2 years from
enactment.
