Importing Actors

To save you time and energy, rather than going through the process of building and importing additional LEGO actors, you can instead import LEGO actors tagged with "LEGOSoldier" that have been built for the finished game. Each of the LEGO actors was built using the same exact steps in "Designing Custom Actors."

To add the actors, click on the Search button, type in "LEGOSoldier" as the search term, and then click on each of the five actor results to add them to the game, as shown in Figure 2-14.

In addition to LEGO actors, we also want to add some of Popfly's built-in actors for our background and game environment. The names of the built-in actors are listed next and pictured in Figure 2-15. To add each actor, simply search on the actor's name, click on it, and add it to the game. From left-to-right, the actor's names are Stone Block, Cave, Dark Room, Dirt Block, Rock-Horizontal, Sign - Up, Sign - Right, Barrel, and Catapult.

Now that we've chosen all of our actors, let's switch over to the scene designer and lay out the actors for our game.
