In the Beginning…

For me, the motivation to make a piece is always easy to find, being curious by nature and a workaholic by choice. At the time when I made this piece I was so obsessed with my schoolwork that creativity was being forced out of me, which any artist will tell you is not the way it’s supposed to work. So when I had the opportunity to step outside the box – if only a little – I grabbed the opportunity with both hands and created my Ice City.
