The seasons, the weather, the temperature, the price of stamps and interest rates. Changes happen around us every day and we take many of them in our stride. Yet there are many situations at work and in our personal lives – a staff reshuffle or changes in policies and procedure at work, redundancy, moving somewhere new, children leaving home, holiday flights delayed – which, when they occur, interrupt our flow.
