If you don't know where you're going, any road will take you there. So, the first step when you're creating a Flash project, whether it's for fun or for hire, is to plan.
The amount of planning you do is directly proportionate to the scale of your project, and whether you're creating the project for a client. The final 10 percent of any phase of a project is equal in duration to the first 90 percent of the project. When the planning phase is over, you can roll up your sleeves and launch Flash.
