So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

2.1 The SBSG Story
“Step 1 is done,” thinks Elizabeth. She is on to the next phase of TEO—preparing for the assessment. At least she thinks so. She knows there are many steps, and this phase will be a challenge because, although it makes sense in theory, it will be the first time she has done it on this scale.
