I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
About the Author
Ashley Lesko, SHRM-CP, PhD has a multifaceted background—from working in the military as a Naval Officer and leadership roles in Fortune 100 companies, to educating students at colleges and universities and event speaking. A former Surface Warfare Officer, she led hundreds of sailors and employees on ships on both coasts. After receiving her MBA at MIT, she filled various roles at Amazon in Operations, Leadership, and Finance with oversight of more than $45 million and training programs, budgeting, and strategy across multiple fulfillment centers.
