So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Elizabeth looks down at her paper, crosses out what she just wrote, and looks up at the monitor screen again. The data collection, the results of a combination of interviews of the 10 team members—across two different teams—and a short assessment were listed in a spreadsheet patchwork of rows and boxes.
