Action plan—A list of items set in a certain order for the purpose of accomplishing a certain goal or goals.
ADKAR model—Awareness, Desire, Knowledge, Ability, Reinforcement model developed by Jeff Hiatt in 1996 as a framework for preparing, implementing, evaluating, and sustaining change in an organization.
Assessment—Something to measure how much or what a person knows, feels, or believes about a certain topic (Wilbrink 1997).
Attribution error—An incorrect belief of certain influence on an action, person or event. Fundamental attribution error and self-serving bias are in this group.
Bias—A predisposition to see or feel a certain way based on some event or reason.
