It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

7.1 The SBSG Story
It has been about two months since the start of the TEO project. For Matthew, who works for Elizabeth and is a manager of six—it has been long enough. He’s been working for SBSG for about four years and has moved up to manager from where he started. He fought the changes at first, and Elizabeth listened to his objections. She explained the reasons for the plan, the projected outcomes, and what the company potentially had to gain as the employees went through this process.
