So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

8.1 The SBSG Story
It has happened. The TEO project is working well in the HR and operations departments—they were on track, and positive results were coming out weekly, if not daily, from the managers as well as the employees. Elizabeth, as the TEO project leader and also as the operations manager, can almost see the project’s finish line with those groups.
The accounting and marketing departments, however, are other forces to be seen.
