The nasty client

This type of client will often show most of the characteristics of a difficult client, plus some surprises of their own. For most people, nasty clients are best avoided at all costs; they're not worth the effort, stress, or humiliation that they can cause.


Characteristics of a nasty client include the following:

  • Aggressive behavior to others: Aggressive behavior can come in many forms, whether it is speech, threats, body language, or physical aggression such as frequently throwing objects and slamming doors.
