Preface
Green electronics manufacturing refers to multidisciplinary approaches aimed at
reducing the energy and material intensiveness of electronics manufacturing
processes. Examples of green electronics manufacturing disciplines include
scheduling and process optimization, advanced or improved fabrication
techniques, minimization of waste stream volume or toxicity, and improved
