In March 2016, four people from Trimax Mowers attended a Rapid Learning Cycles workshop with me in Hamilton, New Zealand. One of them, Jason Low, had just been hired to head Design and Innovation for the company that makes large commercial mowers used to maintain golf courses and harvest hay.
Their office is in the Bay of Plenty, about ninety minutes' drive from Hamilton. By the time they arrived home after the workshop, they decided to reset all of their innovation programs with Rapid Learning Cycles. Jason said, “It just made so much sense.”
