INNOVATION PROGRAM MANAGEMENT

Celia Cheng is the head of the Program Management Office for SunPower, a solar energy company based in Silicon Valley. Five years ago, she and the team were exploring ways to improve their development process. That's when they encountered Rapid Learning Cycles, and she began coaching her teams on the RLC framework.

She started guiding her Program Managers on using RLC concepts as part of their regular thought process in managing programs, to drive decision making, using it where and when it made sense.
