  • Pipettes

  • Ruler

  • Spot plate, 12-well

  • Specimen: acetaminophen

  • Specimen: aspirin

  • Specimen: caffeine

  • Specimen: questioned (chromatography)

Materials you Provide

  • Gloves

  • Ethanol (see text)

  • Hair dryer (optional)

  • Iodine fuming chamber (see text)

  • Pencil

  • Questioned OTC drug(s) (optional)

  • Scissors

  • Toothpicks

  • UV light source (optional; see text)
