System-managed duplexing allows you to have dual VSO structure support without
defining both primary and secondary structures to DBRC and in the CFRM policy.
Duplexing operation is transparent to you except for requesting duplex mode in a CFRM
policy and allocating additional resources for a secondary structure instance.
