It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Every administrator has to deal with a server with constrained resources. Windows Server 2008 and IIS 7.0 offer the Reliability and Performance Monitor. This is a new and expanded performance tool in Windows Server 2008. Using it can help determine what is causing a resource issue.
