Chapter 15. Scenario 4: Workload
Simulator and Application
Monitor
This chapter describes the test of the MYTD version (CICS transaction and
VSAM data) for the Trader application using WTM.
Workload Simulator (WSim) will simulate users logging on CICS system C001,
using the MYTD transaction to inquire information and logging off from CICS.
In an attempt to monitor these activities and gather some information about the
MYTD transaction, we will use Application Monitor.
We do the same thing for the TDB2 transaction to get some information about
the SQL statements.
