It is important to make sure the logging framework project is operational in development and is supported by an active development team. A framework should have frequent updates and respond quickly to the bug requests. Failing to achieve this may result in abandoning the support for that framework, which ultimately affects your project. All three projects are quite active in development and are well supported by the experienced community. So, there is no loser for this criterion.
