This part can be evaluated on two factors--how easy it is to configure and how easy it is to code. All the frameworks provide good configuration options but they all lack on the documentation part. A developer has to go through JavaDocs to find the required options.
In terms of easy to coding, all three frameworks rank quite highly on this point, so there is no loser for this criterion either.
Although each logging framework differs in its features, configuration options, and ease of use, if you are just starting out, Log4J 2.x is the one you should opt for. It consists of a range of interesting features and is constantly updated and can provide a richer and more convenient user experience.
