Arguments

where

A string specifying where the text is to be inserted. The value “BeforeBegin” specifies that text is to be inserted before the start tag of element. “AfterBegin” specifies that text is to be inserted immediately after the start tag of element. “BeforeEnd” specifies that text is to be inserted immediately before the end tag of element. “AfterEnd” specifies that text is to be inserted immediately after the end tag of element.
