Range.setStartAfter( ) — start a range after the specified node

void setStartAfter(Node refNode)
throws RangeException,
DOMException;refNode
The node after which the start point of the range is to be set.
This method throws the same exceptions in the same circumstances as
Range.setEndAfter( ). See that method for details.
This method sets the starting point of this range to be immediately
after the specified refNode.
