dh The number of pixels by which to increase the height of the window (may be negative).
Description
resizeBy( ) resizes
layer by incrementing its
clip.width and clip.height
properties by dw and
dh. It does not cause the contents of the
layer to be reformatted, so making a layer smaller may clip the
layer’s contents.
