Decisiveness is an important leadership quality. You do need to be able to take the responsibility for making a decision – the right decisions at the right time and in the right way.
Don’t confuse being undecided with being indecisive. Being undecided is the state you are in before you take a decision; being indecisive is chronic dithering after the time when you know you should have taken a decision.
