I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Sime Curkovic, Ph.D., is a professor of sup-
ply chain management at Western Michigan
University (WMU) and is a former director
of the WMU Integrated Supply Management
program. He received his undergraduate
degree in management systems from Kettering
University and his Ph.D. degree from
Michigan State University. Dr.Curkovic has
taught several courses in sourcing, opera-
tions, logistics, process, environmental, and
multinational management. His research
interests include environmentally respon-
sible manufacturing, green purchasing, total
quality management, supply chain manage-
