I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Managers were asked to discuss the three most signicant challenges, bar-
riers, or limiting factors that are having the most negative impact on sup-
ply risk management.
Response 1:
More focus on risk management are now not around which leads into my
barrier below. Time—I still feel like a lot of our work is spent on reacting
to risks rather than proactively identifying them and having contingen-
cies. Some functions do this better than others, but it’s denitely a best
