I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

For all three of these, our company is in the process of putting a strategy
in place, so we are not yet at the point of measuring the eectiveness of
what has been put in place. We are thinking through all of this real- time
now. e high- level strategy that our company is driving toward is to have
redundancy in place that would allow 80% of our revenue to be recovered
within a quarter of a catastrophic incident.
