In diesem Abschnitt erläutere ich, was die einzelnen DBCC CHECK...-Befehle tun. Früher war nicht klar, wozu all die verschiedenen DBCC-Befehle zur Konsistenzprüfung da waren, welche durchgeführt werden sollten und in welcher Reihenfolge. DBCC CHECKDB enthält die Funktion aller anderen DBCC CHECK...-Befehle außer DBCC CHECKIDENT und DBCC CHECKCONSTRAINTS.
11.10.1. DBCC CHECKALLOC
DBCC CHECKALLOC führt die folgenden Prüfungen durch:
Grundlegende Konsistenzprüfung der Systemkataloge
Prüfung der Zuweisungskonsistenz in der Datenbank
Standardmäßig verwendet dieser Befehl einen Snapshot. Es gelten dieselben Optionen wie für DBCC CHECKDB mit Ausnahme der folgenden:
PHYSICAL_ONLY
REPAIR_REBUILD
DATA_PURITY
