Weiter geht er auf das »Lernen lernen« in Organisationen sowie auf typische Risiken bei Kulturveränderung und wie sie umgangen werden können ein. Zwei Praxisberichte zu »Operational Excellence erreichen« und »Innovationen schaffen« runden das Buch ab. Im Anhang befinden sich thematische Vertiefungen der beschriebenen Konzepte.
