So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

So why is it so important to think about the team you will be involved with in the design and build? Because not only are they building the application, but they become the default choice for supporting after the project is over. The skill set needed to administer an HFM application is very valuable. Good administrators can be hard to find in more remote cities. You won’t have to look further than the team you have to support the application.
