AEG had a tremendously strong Infrastructure group. They were able to provide resources and support throughout the project. The IT team and CIO were very influential. They had quite a bit of influence over the business processes as they affected systems. The CIO came from a large company and was very experienced. The IT group insisted on providing a project manager to the team. He was new to this type of implementation, but was confident he could drive the project to resolution.
