I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Unidirectional gateway protection
A unidirectional gateway, as mentioned in the IEC 62443-1 and NIST 800-82 standards, is an industrial network perimeter defense technology, brought to market by companies such as Waterfall Security (WATERSEC). These gateways are used in network boundaries between trusted and untrusted network domains. A unidirectional security gateway provides real-time access to information from the industrial sites to support IIoT operations such as IT/OT integration, visibility to enterprise IT systems, real-time monitoring by third-party vendors, industrial cloud services, and so on, using a replication process that physically isolates the industrial environments from external systems and potential attacks (USG-WS).
