I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
LoRaWAN
LoRaWAN is a low-power wide area network (LPWAN) specification maintained by the LoRa alliance (LoRA-DEF). LoRaWAN typically uses a star-of-stars topology, where battery-operated end devices use single-hop wireless communication with gateways. The gateways are connected to a network server via traditional IP connections. The WAN may span a single or multiple organizational and regional boundaries. LoRaWAN defines session keys for encryption at three levels:
- Unique network key (EUI64) ensures security at network level
- Unique application key (EUI64) ensures end-to-end security at application level
- Device-specific key (EUI128)
