Stage #3: Execute the Project Work

INTRODUCTION

In this chapter, we focus on the processes needed to carry out the Enrollment Plan, the Project Management Plan, and the Project Documents for each agreed-upon periodic interval (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, etc.) to fully meet the project requirements in a timely and cost-effective manner.
