In this chapter, we focus on the processes needed to check on the latest performance data for each agreed-upon periodic interval (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, etc.) to determine the performance improvement project’s progress to date and forecast the expected values for being able to successfully meet the project objectives in a timely and cost-effective manner, or not.
