I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

I hope that you now have a deeper understanding of how Reality-Based Leadership can contribute to your happiness, success, and influence and add to the tools you need to return peace and sanity to your workplace. Peace comes when you stop your argument with reality, and sanity comes when you help those around you do the same. Part Three is about using Reality-Based Leadership to drive results. Peace and sanity alone, while highly desirable, will not bring you results. If only it were that simple!
