Part III. Lead Your Team to Results
Up until now, I have offered you strategies for changing your own mindset and for coaching others, one on one, to do the same. In Part Three, you will learn how to apply Reality-Based Leadership concepts to working with teams: to implement plans with excellence, break through resistance and excuses, solve long-term problems, and make your office the kind of place where everyone—including you—wants to work.
I explain why much of what you may have learned in the past about leading teams no longer applies and may even be limiting your progress. I show you how to adopt strategies that do work and how to get your teams working efficiently as a single organism, toward results in which you can all take pride.
