What Is Strength?
Do you find your work to be rewarding and fulfilling? Do you always feel motivated and energetic when you work? Are you hopeful and excited about your future?
If you can't answer yes to any of these, it's highly likely that you aren't making the most of your strengths.
It's important to use your strengths in your work. People who make full use of their strengths in their jobs feel confident, active, and energized and are able to express who they are. Studies have found that people who have the opportunity to focus on their strengths in their jobs are six times more likely to feel motivated to work.
Strengths also play an important role when facing challenges or stressful situations at work. People who can use their strengths have been found to be more resilient in persevering through stressful and difficult tasks.
