I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

For many years I have been on a journey… collecting case studies, investigating academic articles and structuring my thinking. The result is this book. Fortunately, I have not been alone on this adventure.
My dear wife Carola encouraged me to collect and share my ideas and examples in book form, and improved the clarity of many phrases and concepts. When my son Thomas told friends that his father is an author, the pride in his eyes and voice kept up my spirit. My daughter Isabel typed some of the words you are reading on early mornings after she woke up and tracked me down at the PC.
