I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Conclusion
The conclusion is simple: Avoid my mistakes. Be aware of these traps in retrospectives, and be mindful they do not make you fall.
That being said, you probably need to make your own mistakes to learn. So perhaps the conclusion of this book is that you will find yourself in most of these antipattern solutions at some point in time, but at least you will know that you are not alone. Somewhere in Denmark, Aino is still feeling down about that particular time she introduced that particular antipattern herself. Perhaps it can help you to know that whatever situation you find yourself in while facilitating retrospectives, I have most likely been in the same.
