Prevalence of bonuses

Bonuses come in all sorts of shapes and sizes, from a weekly low-level prize to annual executive plans paying potentially a multiple of annual salary. Around 64 per cent of organizations pay a bonus to at least some employees (XpertHR, 2021). Table 10.1 shows the range and prevalence of bonuses reported in the 2014/15 CIPD Reward Management survey.
